L'Union européenne compte désormais 205 points de collecte pour recycler les panneaux solaires, répartis dans les 27 pays membres. Depuis juin 2010, l’organisme de recyclage PV Cycle a collecté 1.505 tonnes de modules photovoltaïques, dont 52 tonnes en France.
